Marc Dulude - President and Chief Executive Officer
Marc Dulude is one of six General Partners at Ampersand Ventures, the largest shareholder of RAND Worldwide, and has spent his career primarily in the field of engineering and product management. Prior to joining Ampersand, Mr. Dulude was the Chief Executive Officer of Moldflow from 1996 to 2002 where he directed the company’s global operations and Initial Public Offering (IPO) of stock on the NASDAQ market, one of the top ranked IPO’s in 2000. Mr. Dulude also held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing and was a corporate officer at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), where he had the overall responsibility for the product line management of PTC’s products as well as the creation and dissemination of the supporting marketing materials and activities. Mr. Dulude has also held leading CAD/CAM/CAE and development management positions at Bell Northern Research (BNR), the research arm of Northern Telecom, and ICAM Technologies Corporation. Mr. Dulude has a B.Eng and M.Eng with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in Canada.

 

Robert F. Heeg - Executive Vice President, IMAGINiT Worldwide Operations
Robert F. Heeg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and graduated cum laude from Ohio University. Mr. Heeg joined RAND Worldwide in August 2000 as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the Company’s IMAGINiT Technologies division. In August 2002, he was appointed US Country Manager of IMAGINiT. In August 2004, Mr. Heeg was appointed Executive Vice President of North America for the IMAGINiT Technologies division. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Heeg served as the Vice President and Manager of Anderson International Corp. from 1996 to 2000.

Lori M. Henderson – Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Lori Henderson joined RAND Worldwide in October 2008.  From January 1999 through October 2008, she served as the General Counsel of Moldflow Corporation, a US-based software company that was acquired by Autodesk Inc.  Lori has a JD from The George Washington University and a BA in Business and Economics from Gordon College.

Gregory Magoon – Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Gregory Magoon, a CPA, joined RAND Worldwide in December 2008.  From June 2007 through October 2008, Greg served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Moldflow Corporation, a US-based software company that was acquired by Autodesk Inc.  From 2001 through 2007, he served as the Corporate Controller of Moldflow, with responsibility for all internal and external financial reporting for this publicly traded company.  Prior to that time, Greg worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Boston, MA and Sydney, Australia.  Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from Babson College.

 

Joseph OswaldExecutive Vice President, PLM Operations, North America and Europe
Joe Oswald is a professional engineer who joined the company as an Applications Engineer in 1991. In October 1996, Mr. Oswald was appointed Vice-President, Strategic Partnerships and in 2000, he was appointed Vice-President, Technical Education, managing the newly formed business unit for Client Training. In 2001, Mr. Oswald founded the ASCENT division of RAND Worldwide. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Oswald was Chief Engineer at Factotum Compusystems, a producer of Engineering Prototypes.
