eMatrix Software Developer/Implementer/Engineer

Locations: Irvine, CA and Fort Worth, TX (up to 70% travel required)

In this key role, the candidate will work closely with existing consulting teams and will have direct involvement with a broad client base to define and implement technical requirements as a deployed solution. This individual will be responsible for new software development and application customization involving the MatrixOne/eMatrix PLM software portfolio, as well as change control, design, code documentation, and testing.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years development experience with MatrixOne Central applications (Program and Engineering Central) and a familiarity with PLM
- Working knowledge of MatrixOne AEF schema, Common Components, Matrix Business Modeling, Extending the Matrix Business Model using MQL, developing Matrix apps using the ADK, JPO and building Matrix applications using Configurable Components training.
- 2+ Yrs. of experience with the eMatrix VCP product suite (EC, DC, PC, SC, TC)
- MatrixOne UI3 and v10 experience is preferred
- 2+ Yrs. of demonstrable web application development experience, specifically, Java, Servlets, JSP, JPO, J2EE, etc.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript or Tcl/Tk scripting
- 4+ Yrs. of experience in object oriented analysis, design, and development
- Successfully demonstrated proficiency designing and deploying MatrixOne collaboration solutions
- Knowledge of Oracle, Weblogic, SQL, Unix, Windows, Matrix AEF, ADK, and MQL/TCL
- Experience designing, building, and deploying comprehensive enterprise-wide solutions
- Experience with full software development lifecycle and best practices methodologies
Experience:
- Experience as a Business Analyst to gather user requirements and translate them into functional MatrixOne Central features
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills with excellent client facing skills
- Understanding of manufacturing and engineering/design practices
- Experience working with complex systems in various customer environments.
- Aerospace experience is preferred -- experience with the Aerospace engineering change process and documentation requirements; understanding of Aerospace engineering processes, practices and workflow
