QA/Application Specialist - IT Solutions

Position Description:
- Testing & Support of cutting edge application / participation in product development meetings and design
- Testing & 3 rd level support of Microsoft Windows based software
- Testing & 3 rd level of Web based (ASP.NET / AJAX) software
- Automation of repetitive QA and development tasks
- Documentation of software fixes and new features (release notes)
- Interaction with vendor partners QA team (collaboration)
Experience required:
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft software deployment, support and testing
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory deployment, administration and troubleshooting
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003 deployment, administration and troubleshooting
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL 2000 or 2005 deployment, administration and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform within a team based environment with strict deadlines
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Additional skills - preferred but not required:
- Experience is software quality assurance testing
- Experience in testing automation
- Experience in technical document writing (release notes, manual)
- Experience in VB, C++ or C# software development
- Knowledge of: Oracle Database
- Knowledge of MS ISAPI Extensions, MAPI and COM objects
- Experience with: Lotus Domino / Notes deployment, administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with MS CRM
- Experience with MS SharePoint
- A degree in computer engineering
