All of RAND’s training programs are delivered in 70 training centers worldwide, with more than 20 in North America. Our ASCENT - Center for Technical Knowledge ® division develops all of our courseware. This knowledge product group is comprised of full-time engineers (Subject Matter Experts), instructional designers, technical writers, architects and technical translators. Together, they create top of the line training materials using practical industry examples and incorporating our clients’ suggestions to enhance the overall learning experience.

Custom Developed Training

Our custom-designed curriculum focuses on client-specific content so you can increase staff efficiency, save time, and have better tool use. We understand that companies are driven to generate designs that are timely, reliable and accurate while striving for continuous improvement in modeling.
Our courseware can be customized in a variety of ways to suit your needs through our available customization levels:
- Topic: In this basic level of customization, content is derived from combining existing material from several courses making the entire course applicable to the client’s needs. Course content is chosen from topics as listed in the Table of Contents from RAND ’s public courses.
- Environment & Standards: The client’s configuration settings and preferred practices are incorporated into the training material allowing users to ‘hit the ground running’ after class.
- Data Management: This level of customization incorporates the client’s Data Management into exercises.
- Model: Company-specific models are incorporated directly into the training material. By doing so, users are immediately exposed to the proper practices they should use in their working environment leading to accurate and reusable designs.
- Unique: In this top level of customization, completely new material is developed creating a truly customized curriculum for the client.

Personalized Learning Service
You've participated in RAND’s training and now you're ready to apply your newly acquired software fundamentals to your projects back at work. What better way to do this than with a personal mentor by your side? We offer the expertise of our Technical Training Engineers to act as your mentor as you work through your workplace projects.
Our focus is to ensure that you not only learn the principles of a software application, but that you can also apply them to your current project in order to best perform your job.
