Marc Dulude – Chief Executive Officer
Marc Dulude is responsible for setting the direction, culture and the evolution of the company and manages all aspects of Rand Worldwide’s group of companies. Prior to leading Rand Worldwide, Marc was a General Partner at Ampersand Capital Partners and has spent his career primarily in the field of engineering and product management. Prior to Ampersand, Marc was the Chief Executive Officer of Moldflow from 1996 to 2002 where he directed the company’s global operations and Initial Public Offering (IPO) of stock on the NASDAQ market, one of the top ranked IPO’s in 2000. Marc also held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing and was a corporate officer at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), where he had the overall responsibility for product line management as well as the creation and dissemination of supporting marketing materials and activities. Marc has also held leading CAD/CAM/CAE and development management positions at Bell Northern Research (BNR), the research arm of Northern Telecom, and ICAM Technologies Corporation.
He has a B.Eng and M.Eng with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in Canada.
Larry Rychlak – President and Chief Financial Officer
Larry Rychlak oversees the operations for the Rand Worldwide group of companies including the Services, Finance, Legal, Human Resources and Information Technology groups.
With over 30 years of financial and management experience, Larry brings a track record of improving operating efficiencies, maximizing financial performance, strengthening company’s financial position and streamlining operations. His background includes several senior management positions in both private and publicly-held organizations, business consulting experience, and as a Senior Manager with an international accounting and consulting firm.
Prior to the merger of Avatech Solutions and IMAGINiT Technologies, Larry was with Avatech for five years, where he was the President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Avatech, Larry was with Environmental Elements Corp., where he held the positions of interim President and Chief Financial Officer.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. and a M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland.
Bob Heeg – Executive Vice President, IMAGINiT Worldwide Operations
Overall sales, operations, pipeline management and customer satisfaction for the Autodesk related business conducted through Rand Worldwide’s IMAGINiT Technologies division, resides with Bob Heeg. Bob manages global sales execution for the almost 50 sales offices located throughout the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.
Bob joined Rand Worldwide in August 2000 as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the company’s IMAGINiT Technologies division. In August 2002, he was appointed US Country Manager of IMAGINiT Technologies and in 2004 was named Executive Vice President of North America, IMAGINiT. Prior to joining Rand Worldwide, Bob served as the Vice President and General Manager of Anderson International Corp. from 1996 to 2000.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and graduated cum laude from Ohio University.
Bill Zavadil – Senior Vice President, IMAGINiT Worldwide Services
Bill Zavadil’s primary focus is on the delivery of superior professional services to our clients who are using the Autodesk suite of engineering products. These services include implementation, support, training and workflow customization. Helping customers derive more business value from their Autodesk technology investment is the top driver for Bill and the team of technical experts he oversees.
Bill Zavadil’s 15-year track record at Avatech, and 18 years of industry experience, make him a strong leader for Avatech’s technical services team. Prior to assuming his current role, Bill was the industry sales director for Avatech’s manufacturing team, and before that served as manager for Avatech’s midwestern offices, where he built and grew the region’s professional services business dramatically. His industry experience, including positions at a variety of engineering and construction firms, provides him with great perspective into our clients’ needs.
Bill graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and holds a B.S. in business management and marketing with an emphasis on economics.
Chris Grossman – Senior Vice President, Enterprise Applications
Chris manages the Enterprise Applications division of Rand Worldwide which includes support and training for the PTC and Dassault Systèmes PLM products, the data archiving solutions, Mathcad and Facilities Management products. He is responsible for driving the diversification strategy for Rand Worldwide.
Chris has over 10 years of experience with a variety of CAD and PLM platforms including Pro/ENGINEER, CATIA, Inventor, Windchill and SmartTeam. He has been with Rand Worldwide since 1999 and has held a variety of engineering management roles throughout his tenure. In his career at Rand Worldwide he has developed and built experienced technical teams throughout the world to support our client’s needs. His most recent role with Rand Worldwide was Vice President, Engineering for IMAGINiT Technologies.
He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Chantale Marchand – Vice President, Marketing
Chantale Marchand oversees the marketing and branding activities for the global divisions under the Rand Worldwide corporate umbrella. In addition to her marketing role, Chantale manages the ASCENT division of Rand Worldwide where she holds responsibility for sales and product development.
Chantale joined Rand Worldwide in 2009 from Foliage Software where she was responsible for corporate marketing activities across multiple industries. Prior to Foliage, Chantale ran North American marketing for Moldflow Corporation. In addition, Chantale held various marketing roles at network communications startup Sitara Networks and ERP provider Marcam Solutions.
Chantale holds a degree in English from the University of Georgia and completed graduate school studies in English at Georgia State University.
