ASCENT Showcases Autodesk Learning Materials and Technical Documentation Services at Autodesk University 2023

With more than 25 years of experience as a premier publisher and developer of CAD curriculum, ASCENT- Center for Technical Knowledge experts are excited to share insights at Autodesk University 2023 (AU) at booth #462. ASCENT staff will not only showcase their Autodesk learning guides including print and eBook formats from their Autodesk 2024 Courseware Roadmap, but will also shine a spotlight on how their capabilities have evolved into a wide array of technical documentation services.

“Our rich history creating learning resources for design tools provides a solid foundation for our documentation and learning content services that capture new workflows and processes that our customers are implementing across their organizations,” says Paul Burden, director of product development at ASCENT. “Our subject-matter experts and technical writers can work with clients to customize ASCENT learning content and to create original content for instructor-led and self‑paced learning. There is also demand from companies looking to capture and record internal knowledge for BIM processes, Data Management workflows, and more. Our documentation specialists work alongside our clients’ documentation teams in times of high demand and fill that gap entirely when internal resources are not available.”

ASCENT will focus on how their Technical Documentation services can help organizations effectively communicate complex information. AU attendees who stop by the booth can see user documentation examples first-hand and chat with staff about the ways in which ASCENT can work with organizations to customize ASCENT learning content for specific use and/or develop original content for self-paced and instructor-led learning.

Visitors will also hear about how they can share their own content with ASCENT’s skilled technical writers and obtain a complimentary document assessment. ASCENT specialists will provide a thorough evaluation, checking for aspects such as layout, formatting, grammar, and language use.

To learn more about these services, visit the ASCENT booth #462 at Autodesk University, visit the ASCENT website, or call 1 (866) 527-2368.
